Good evening, Ladies and Gentlemen,
I want to start by saying a very SPECIAL THANK YOU to members of the Nwunekaihe Executive Council, for your exemplary approach to the progress recorded by Enu Abor in the last 5 years, since the inception of Nwunekaihe. it is your dedication to the task which we set for ourselves, which has made Enu Abor and Nwunekaihe, what it is today. There is no doubt that the developmental progress recorded in Enu Abor in the last 5 years surpass any developmental progress ever made in the history of Abor, since it was founded more than 400 years ago.
I believe that special recognition will need to go the Chairmen and Chairwomen of the various Nwunekaihe Standing Committees, for the excellent work done so far, which is clearly reflecting in Enu Abor. I am sure that God will reward each and every one of you.
As we move into the next phase of the Nwunekaihe journey which we set for ourselves, it will be required for the Chairmen and Chairwomen of the various Nwunekaihe Standing Committees, to please prepare a one paragraph report (maximum half-page), on the status of work currently being undertaken by their various Standing Committees. The report should cover the following areas:
- Activity for the next one/two years
- Challenges and suggestions for overcoming the challenges.
It will be appreciated if the reports are received by Sunday-19th January, to enable the information to be captured in the Nwunekaihe Progress Report, which will be issued on the Nwunekaihe General Forum.
